Mukuru Money Transfer Mobile Application
Design and Development of a new mobile application on Android and iOS to enable ease of access to their services and improve operational efficiencies for Fintec company Mukuru, amid the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.
Our team re-imagined the patient experience by following a user centered process to design a digital health solution for the pathology industry.
This patient-centric solution allows patients to request routine blood and urine tests directly, using a simple online process, and makes results easy to understand.
Our Healthcare Experience Design team researched, ideated and designed a digital health solution that empowers patients to understand their health and wellbeing more holistically and ultimately building up an Electronic Health Record.
The solution is a Self-Care Mobile App, for iOS and Android devices.
This digital Electronic Health Record App was designed using our unique Patient and Provider Centric Design approach.
We re-imagined what the experience could be for the patients, the nurses and the doctors in the Emergency Room through Service Design, and defined the new processes and digital technology through a user-centered design approach.
We create a rock-solid foundation for our work by conducting various forms of user research. Our insights are driven from ethnographic studies, user interviews, competitor benchmarking and heuristic reviews.
Through processes like service design, product design, customer journey mapping and ideation, we identify many opportunities for improving the user experience. We design end-to-end improvements that typically include digital solutions.
We design world class user experiences (UX) for websites, mobile apps and internal systems by following an iterative user centered design process that includes low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes and user interface design (UI).
